Dorm Leader

• Maintains an exceptional level of customer service following the Guest Path Universal Service Standards

• Trained on use of MSDS and appropriate cleaning products

• Reports violations of dormitory regulations

• Cleans communal bathrooms, including toilets, shower stalls, and sink basins

• Cleans recreation rooms, sweeps floors, and vacuums carpets

• Performs weekly dorm inspections

• Washes laundry such as kitchen and fountain aprons

• Works in store as directed when dorm responsibilities are completed

• Assist guests in all departments

• Assists co-workers in all departments

The successful candidate will possess the following skill-set:

• Proven communication skills

• Ability to effectively work both independently and as a member of a team

• Proven problem solving ability

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Physically able to bend and stoop frequently

• Ability to stand 8 hours/day

• Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently

• Flexibility to change work schedule if needed

What are the job requirements?  All of our positions require lifting, repetitive motion, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods of time.  All associates must be willing to work in areas outside of their original job assignment.
