Position Title: Food Server
Classification: Food & Beverage
Department: General Store
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains an exceptional level of customer service following the Guest Path Universal Service Standards, including promptly welcoming and acknowledging our guests
- Follows safe food handling practices according to ServeSafe
- Signs and complies with Food Employee Reporting Agreement
- Makes milk shakes, drinks, and other food items
- Takes guest’s food order and serves it when ready
- Memorizes and uses stand abbreviations when writing food orders on tickets
- Delivers meal ticket when guest has finished eating, then takes payment to cashier
- Clean and restock or assist co-workers during slow periods
The successful candidate will possess the following skill-set:
- Some experience with guest services preferred
- Proven communication skills
- Ability to effectively work both independently and as a member of a team
- Proven problem solving ability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physically able to bend and stoop frequently
- Ability to stand 7-8 hours/day
- Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently
- Physically able to frequently climb stairs
- Flexibility to change work schedule if needed
