General Maintenance

• Maintains an exceptional level of customer service following the Guest Path Universal Service Standards

• Assists with repairs of general stores and dormitories, snow shoveling, removing and installing winter shutters

• Build shelving, shutters, and other projects as directed

• Assists co-workers with all facets of maintenance duties

 
The successful candidate will possess the following skill-set:

• Proven knowledge of general maintenance – carpentry, plumbing, electrical

• Proven communication skills

• Ability to effectively work both independently and as a member of a team

• Proven problem solving ability

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Physically able to bend, stoop, reach items above shoulder level, climb ladders frequently

• Physically able to walk through two to three feet of snow

• Ability to stand 10 hours/day

• Ability to lift 70 pounds frequently

• Flexibility to change work schedule if needed
