Set Up Crew

• Maintains an exceptional level of customer service following the Guest Path Universal Service Standards

• Assists in the physical opening of 12 retail stores

• Stocks, moves, packs and unpacks merchandise, and unloads trucks

• Works in warehouse during slow times

• Assists guests in all departments

• Assists co-workers with set up and stocking

 
The successful candidate will possess the following skill-set:

• Proven communication skills

• Ability to effectively work both independently and as a member of a team

• Proven problem solving ability

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Physically able to bend, stoop, reach or place items above shoulder level, and climb ladders frequently

• Ability to stand 8 hours/day

• Physically able to frequently climb stair while carrying product

• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently

• Physically able to work in cold temperatures (35 degrees Fahrenheit)

• Flexibility to change work schedule if needed
