Warehouse Associate

Position Title:   Warehouse Associate

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains an exceptional level of customer service following the Guest Path Universal Service Standards

• Accurately counts merchandise

• Loads and unloads Company and vendor delivery vehicles, unpacks delivered merchandise, conducts physical inventories when directed, packs guest purchases for shipment, and stocks retail areas

• Prepares and packages recyclables for return to Distribution Center

• Assists guests in all departments

• Assists co-workers in all departments

The successful candidate will possess the following skill-set:

• Some experience with guest services preferred

• Proven communication skills

• Ability to effectively work both independently and as a member of a team

• Proven problem solving ability

• Ability to handle muliple tasks simultaneously

• Physically be able to bend, stoop, and reach or place items above shoulder level frequently

• Ability to stand 8 hours/day

• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently

• Flexibility to change work schedule if needed

What are the job requirements?  All of our positions require lifting, repetitive motion, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods of time.  All associates must be willing to work in areas outside their original job assignment.
